What COVID-19 protocols are in place?
The health, safety and well-being of our staff, customers and the public is our top priority. As of March 21. 2022, the majority of COVID-19 related public health measures outlined in the Reopening Ontario Act (and regulations under this Act) are lifted. This includes:

  • No capacity or physical distancing limits
  • Screening (active or passive) is not required
  • Collecting contact information is not required
  • Proof of vaccination is not required
  • Masks are only required in limited settings (until April 27, 2022)

Can I walk-in and get beer to-go without placing an online order first?

  • You can come into our retail store at the brewery to purchase cans to-go during our standard hours of operation.
  • You can also purchase beer from our online shop and we will have it ready for you to pick-up at the brewery . Click here to our online store.

Online ordering, curbside pick-up details:
Online orders will be available during standard pick-up times outlined below.
Orders placed Sunday – Tuesday by 3:00 p.m. will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday.
Orders placed between Wednesday – Saturday by 3:00 pm will be ready for pick-up the next day (i.e., order placed on Wednesday and pick-up will be Thursday).
You may be asked to show a valid government issued I.D. with your photograph and date of birth when picking up your order.

Standard pick-up times:
Wednesday – Saturday  12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. & Sunday 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

When I arrive to pick-up my order, how do I let you know I am here?
You can come right into our retail store to let us know you are here for a pick-up. We will ask for your order information and bring it to you.

Do you offer local delivery?
We do not have local delivery at this time, but if we see a fit with high demand we may add that service in the future.

Do you have shipping for online purchases?
We do not provide shipping for online orders, but are planning on setting this up and offering this service in the future.

Do you fill Howlers or Growlers?
We can only fill Torched Brewing Company Howlers or Growlers at this time. Our beer is also available in cans to-go.

Can I subscribe to your email list to get the latest news and events information?
You sure can. We will keep you updated on what is happening so you do not miss out. We do not call it a newsletter, because we think that sounds a little boring.

Do you sell gift cards?
You can purchase a physical gift card in our retail store at the brewery. For your convenience, we will soon add an e-card option to our online store.

Do you have a beer club?
Are you looking treat your buddy to a beer at the brewery? We have a “Beer for Your Buddy” program. You can buy a beer for your buddy in the taproom to show your gratitude. Their name will be put up on the chalkboard at the brewery, until they are able to come in to claim it.

Do you sell any non-alcoholic beverages at the brewery?
We have several non-alcoholic beverages, such as pop, local kombucha, juice, water and non-alcoholic beer.

Can I bring my kids into the brewery?
Torched Brewing Company is a place where everyone is welcome. Of course, you have to have proof of being 19 years or older to purchase and drink alcohol.

Can I bring my dog to the brewery?
We are definitely dog friendly as long as your fury friend is on a leash at all times, likes other dogs and is well-behaved. We might even have a little treat behind the bar for your dog – and a water bowl, of course.

Do you serve food?
As of July 2023, we now have an outdoor kitchen at Torched Brewing Company and serve wood oven pizza to enjoy along with your favourite Torched Brewing beer. Don’t forget to ask your server about the daily special feature. Our wood oven pizza is an exceptional food experience to be shared with family and friends.

Now and then, we have various local food vendors or restaurants featuring onsite specials at the brewery. Check out our events page on our website for an up-to-date list of upcoming pop-ups, or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to learn about upcoming food events.

Do you take reservations?
Yes, we take reservations at the brewery. You can call the brewery to make your reservations in our lower or upper taproom, or outdoor patios, or email us at info@torchedbrewing.com. If you are making reservation the same day, it is best to call and make your reservations over the phone.

Do you rent your facility?
Planning a special event? Need a place to hold your special event? We now rent our upper level taproom for private events. To inquire about renting space at the brewery, please reach out with your detailed request via email at info@torchedbrewing.com and we will get back you as soon as possible.

Will you be open all year around?
Yes, the brewery will remain open all year during our standard hours of operation. Follow us on social media for updated hours, weekly entertainment and events.

Is smoking or vaping permitted at Torched Brewing Company?
Smoking or vaping, includes, but is not limited to holding lit tobacco or cannabis, or related inhalation products in any form, or vaping of any substance. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in any licensed areas at Torched Brewing Company. Signage is posted in prohibited indoor and outdoor areas (i.e., on the patio, at entrances, in the washrooms, etc.). Smoking or vaping is permitted on the property outside of licensed areas.
